Now that there is a growing interest in the newly launched electric shaver by Philips Norelco called the Norelco PowerTouch series, it is only proper to quench the need of the public consumers for information before making a purchase of these products. Body Grooming Review already made a review of the series, but this second take is to give consumers specifications on the series.

Norelco PowerTouch Series

The Norelco PowerTouch series can be divided in two set of models. Those that are only designed for dry shaving and models that both allow wet and dry shaving.

In the first set, there are the Norelco PowerTouch PT720 and Norelco PowerTouch PT730 (click link to see more info before purchasing). The good thing about the two is both have flexing heads, which adjust to the every curve of your face’s contour. If you were to ask which is better between these two, then you can go for PT730 since this model has two of the best shaving systems of Philips Norelco – the Super Cut and Lift and DualPrecision. PT730, as an additional feature, has pop-up precision trimmer for sideburn and mustached maintenance.

Norelco PowerTouch with Aquatec

The second type of models from this new Philips shaver is the PowerTouch with aquatec – these models are PowerTouch AT810 and PowerTouch AT830 (click link to see more info before purchasing). AT810, besides being water resistant and has aquatec technology, has flexing heads to follow the contour of your face, has Super Lift and Cut and DualPrecision shaving system for a close and comfortable shave. It also has a built-in pop-up trimmer. All of these features are also present in AT830 model, but instead of flexing heads it uses smart pivot shaving technology good for hard-to-shave areas like the neck.
